Johnny’s Italian Steakhouse announced the Aug. 27 opening of its newest restaurant located at 1220 South Grand Ave. in Sun Prairie – marking the second Madison-area Johnny’s location. Nestled in the growing development of Prairie Lakes, Johnny’s offers guests a high-end dining experience with decadent dishes, timeless tunes and a stylish 1940s ambiance, when the new restaurant will open to the public on Aug. 27.

In celebration of the grand opening, community members are welcome to join the official ribbon cutting ceremony at 10 a.m. on Aug. 24. Guests can take part in tours of the hotel and restaurant space, enjoy refreshments, hear from company CEO Mike Whalen, and view the ceremonious ribbon cutting with Sun Prairie City Officials.
