Patron Saint all-day cafe and aperitivo bar is transforming into the chalet in the Italian Alps in hopes of warming up folks stuck in the frigid Ohio City neighborhood this season. The Chalet at Patron Saint, 2915 Detroit Avenue, will run from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Jan. 27 through Jan. 31. No tickets are required for the evening pop-up that was inspired by winter traditions stemming from the Northern Italian Mountain regions.
Patron Saint will be serving an alpine-inspired menu featuring regional cocktails and wines. “The dishes and wines from the region are heavily influenced by the surrounding countries, which is reflected in ingredients and grape varietals,” Patron Saint wrote on Instagram. “We’re completely restocking our shelves with some fantastic wines that our distributors have hand-picked for us from these regions.”
