Stefani Signature Restaurants founder and CEO Phil Stefani will be the recipient of the 2016 Chicago Classic Award at the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation's 19th Annual Grand Chefs Gala on Friday, January 29. The Chicago Classic Award recognizes lifetime achievement in Chicago's culinary scene.

Phil Stefani has been a staple of the Chicago restaurant scene for over 35 years. He has operated some of the most successful fine dining establishments in the city and suburbs, including Phil Stefani's 437 Rush, Riva Crab House and Tavern on Rush. "I am so honored to receive this prestigious award," said Stefani.
