Primanti Brothers Restaurant and Bar, a Pittsburgh-based chain known for its sandwiches with coleslaw and French fries on them, will open two restaurants in metro Detroit: one in Taylor on Wednesday and the other in Novi by early September — the restaurant's first locations in Michigan. The Primanti Bros. restaurant in Taylor, in Southland Center at 23000 Eureka Road, will open as a full-service restaurant with a bar, televisions and an indoor/outdoor patio.
"We could not be more excited to begin to grow in Michigan with our first restaurant in Taylor," said David Head, CEO of Primanti Bros. "We've got big, two-handed sandwiches like nothing you've seen before, a full menu of burgers, pizza and wings and a stocked bar with some of the best specials around."
