'Who doesn't love pasta?' Two brothers bring Italian cooking to Marine City with new food truck

By: Laura Fitzgerald

Two brothers are bringing their love of Italian cooking to Marine City with the opening of a new pasta food truck. Alex Christie, owner of Endless Pastabilities, LLC, and his brother, Anthony Christie, the manager of the business, will open their food truck at the parking lot at 319 South Parker St., next to the Sunoco gas station.

For the first few weeks, the truck will be open from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Friday, but the brothers hope to expand the hours in the future. The truck serves customizable pasta bowls, allowing customers to choose their noodles, sauce, meat and vegetables, as well as fresh antipasto salads and cheesecake bites.
