St. Louis has several fantastic restaurants with spectacular views, but one that might outshine them all is Kemoll's Italian Restaurant. According to OpenTable, it's among the 100 Most Scenic Restaurants in America.

The amazing location at the top of the Metropolitan Square building allows diners breath-taking 360-degree views from its 42nd-floor site. The only other Missouri restaurant that made the prestigious list is Baxter's Lakeside Grille in Lake of the Ozarks.
