If restaurants were baseball pitches, Mezzodi's would be a lob straight down the middle — no tricks or curves, just familiar Italian-American fare done well. To find Mezzodi's, head to Fleur Drive — the restaurant is right by Fleur Cinema and a short distance from the airport.

They updated the menu but kept one of my favorite dining room features — the slew of charming stained-glass abstracts that give the place a fun, retro vibe. In addition to the dining room, you'll find a long bar, a sunny patio and a room that can be reserved for large parties.
