Named after the northeastern Italian mountain range, Dolomiti Pizzeria & Enoteca (1105 N 13th St.) is located in the heart of Omaha's historic Millwork Commons neighborhood."We're really happy to be part of the Millwork neighborhood; it's really developing quickly," said Tim Maides, Dolomiti co-owner. "The tenants here are all very similar, they were all building this neighborhood together better, and we are just happy to be part of it."
Dolomiti prioritizes using fresh cheeses and ingredients, priding itself on doing things "their way" and incorporating a Northern Italian influence."We do know a lot of the Italian food in Omaha is based off Southern Italian cuisine," Maides said. "We like to incorporate a little more of that Northern Italian influence whether it comes to the cheeses or ingredients we use. That way we can do something a little bit different."
