Tony Lemmo and his team at Café di Scala are back, now with a different name and a new monthly dining concept. Aposto, loosely translated from Italian, means "everything is right," said Lemmo, who closed his decade-old Café di Scala at the end of 2015.
Now Aposto takes its place with ticketed dinners, brunches and even a special Valentine's Day event. That means on the first Saturday of every month, Aposto and his crew of 2014 James Beard Foundation nominee for Best Chef Midwest Phil Shires and event planner Amy McManus put on a one-off dinner with a different theme each time.
