If you're looking for quality Italian food, like what you would get at home if you lived in Italy, I highly recommend making a trip to Williamsport to visit Carmine's Creative Italian Cuisine. A meal at Carmine's is definitely love at first bite, especially if you live and breathe Italian food, like I do.
