Michael Schlow closed Park Square’s Doretta Taverna and Raw Bar on Tuesday, according to a statement from the noted chef. He’s cooked at the Heritage on the Garden space for 15 years: Before opening the Greek restaurant in 2015, he ran Italian restaurant Via Matta.
“After a great run at 79 Park Plaza, located in The Heritage on the Garden, we’re sad to announce that we will be closing Doretta Taverna and Raw Bar at the end of May,” he said in a statement, thanking longtime guests and Heritage on the Garden owner Ron Druker.
