The Italian Cultural Center of Western Mass will offer a gnocchi-making class on Saturday, April 11, from 1 - 3 p.m. at their location at 56 Margaret Street in Springfield.
Adults and children are encouraged to bring an apron to the class. An instructor, supplies and space to work will be provided and attendees can take home what they make.
