Tim Liston and Nick Cochran are ready to bring some changes to the dining experience in Marshfield with their years of experience preparing shrimp scampi and tiramisu and managing restaurants.

The father-son duo, along with a third partner, Adolfo Melendez of Stevens Point, own Di Lucas, the new Italian steakhouse and seafood restaurant next to the Holiday Inn Hotel & Conference Center.
