Rebecca Moniz and her husband Timothy are the new owners of the restaurant space inside the Seacoast United Sports Complex. The couple recently opened The 101 Grille and customer by customer, they're building another dining option for the area, in an unlikely setting. The restaurant takes over the space in the indoor sports complex formerly occupied by Lexie's.
"Our vision, first and foremost, is local," Tim said. "We want to source our ingredients from 50 to 100 miles and be as 'scratch' as possible." Tim characterizes their menu as "New American," with an Italian twist. "Our chef is Sicilian, so he's great at doing dishes like pork-and-ricotta meatballs."
