Primo's Ristorante opened in late November at 106 Green St., Worcester.
Owner Lisa Tiscione-Rodriguez with her husband, Angel Rodriguez, and restaurateur Joe Petrou established the restaurant in space formerly occupied by Prifti candy. It's also next door to the former Center Bar and Grill, which was run by Rodriguez and will now become an extension of Primo's.
Petrou formerly owned Primo's on Shrewsbury Street, where Piccolo's restaurant is now. He also operated The Restaurant at Union Station in Worcester and other eateries in the area.
