7th Annual International Day of Italian Cuisines includes a special presentation of the Grana Padano Italian Cuisine Worldwide Awards

The Italian Trade Commission is pleased to collaborate this year on the upcoming International Day of Italian Cuisines at the International Culinary Institute organized by itchefs_GVCI.

Today, the Consorzio per la Tutela del Formaggio Grana Padano (Consortium for the Protection of Grana Padano cheese) is a proud supporter of this event, sponsoring the 7th edition of the "International Day of Italian Cuisines" (IDIC), taking place Thursday, January 16 and Friday, January 17.
