Celebrity chef Gabriele Corcos is giving New Yorkers a taste of his native Tuscany with a new sandwich that debuts at Amy's Bread in October to raise money for New Yorkers in need.

Corcos has created The Tuscan Farmer, the newest offering in the Amy's Bread Chef "Sandwiches for Good" campaign, a program that allows chefs to create unique sandwiches featuring ingredients from Amy's Bread to benefit various charities. Proceeds from the sale of The Tuscan Farmer will go to Food Bank For New York City, the city's major hunger-relief organization working to end hunger citywide.
