In Brick, New Jersey, there’s a spot called Denino’s Pizzeria South that’s dishing out some seriously good pizza. It’s a story that stretches all the way back to Sicily, Italy, with Giovanni Denino making his way to America and eventually setting up shop in Staten Island, NY. Fast forward through the years, and his son Carlo Denino adds pizza to the tavern’s menu, making the place an instant hit spoken about across the entire tri-state area for years.
A few years ago, the Denino family decided to spread the love to the Jersey Shore, opening Denino’s South Pizzeria in Brick. They’ve stuck to their roots, serving up authentic NY-style pizza and a bunch of Italian favorites, all with homemade dough and sauce that’s baked just right.
