Eataly's first-ever all-ravioli concept has debuted at the Italian megastore's newest New York City location in the Financial District. I Ravioli, a ravioli takeout counter in Eataly's second Manhattan store offers three types of ravioli to scarf down during your lunch break or take back to your desk for an Italian-style feast under $15.
While peak lunch hours draw a popular salad-bar like line at the counter in the far corner of the store, the limited, well-curated options at the ravioli window free your ordering anxiety and allow you to choose between a ricotta and spinach filled ravioli in tomato basil sauce ($11.80); a seasonal pea, mint and pecorino round ravioli in Parmigiano Reggiano sauce ($12.80); and a premium Prosciutto di Parma ravioli in the sugo di giorno, ranging from carbonara to Amatriciana to Sicilian-style pesto and beyond ($13.80).
