I just discovered Fiamma Pizza e Vino at 1308 Buffalo Road in Gates and found out that a second location will open in the Neighborhood of the Arts at Russell Street. It will be in the old factory building where Fashion Week hosted a runway show two years ago.
Owner Giuseppe Paciullo confirmed that the second location would be ready by late summer. He had just returned from Salerno, Italy, and showed me some videos of pasta machines he plans to buy. If you haven't tried Fiamma, it is best known for its pizzas.
