La Food Hall a NYC di Arrigo Cipriani è una di quelle aperture destinate a far parlare di sé. Il luogo è New York, la data prevista “estate 2019”. Il nome ha dell’istituzionale: Arrigo Cipriani è il Patron dell’Harry’s Bar, storica insegna fondata dal padre Giuseppe nel 1931 (inventore del Bellini e del Carpaccio), amata da Hemingway e dichiarata nel 2001 patrimonio nazionale dal Ministero dei Beni Culturali.
87 anni che metterei una firma, per arrivarci così, arguto e schietto come solo chi è a capo di un impero può essere: rappresenta oltre 200 milioni di fatturato all’anno e 25 locali sparsi per il mondo. La sua nuova creazione a NYC è una Food Hall di 2.500 metri quadri dedicata al Made in Italy, all’interno del complesso del Two Waterline Square, tra Hell’s Kitchen e l’Upper West Side, tra la 59th e la 61th street lungo l’Hudson.
