Professor Annamaria Colao, UNESCO Chair and professor at the Federico II University of Naples, defines this phenomenon as the “planetary diet” and will launch a research project that will start from New York, with the involvement of high school age students who, although raised in a New York environment, maintain a strong bond with Italian culture.
