Italy salutes this year's return of the Summer Fancy Food show to New York City with a record 300 exhibitors. Italian producers, regions, export consortiums and chambers of commerce will all be on hand to offer a taste of the very best in Italian gastronomy. The official Italian Pavilion, organized by the Italian Trade Commission will be again the largest pavilion at the show.
The show organizer Specialty Food Association estimates that 2,400 exhibitors from 80 different countries will show off their goods. Approximately 37% of the exhibition area will be dedicated to international products.
