Before it even debuts at the Venetian's Grand Canal Shoppes, Midtown Manhattan’s Zeppola Italian Bakery already has plans for a second Las Vegas expansion. Still under construction on the resort’s replica of St. Marks Square, the cafe will replace the former home of French-inspired chain Paris Baguette.
Designed by locals GT/AD Studio, the two-level bakery will be upgraded with a small bar on the main floor and a casual dining space upstairs. The architects are also behind the retro-styled vibe of the eagerly anticipated Tacos El Gordo being built across Sunset Road from Town Square.
