To kick-off Italian Dine Out week in NYC we visited Circo. Circo is a Tuscan inspired Osteria operated by World-famous restauranteurs, the Maccioni family. Circo offers upscale Italian fare which is served in a lively, sophisticated setting reminiscent of the old-style European circus tents which inspired the restaurant's name. Executive Chef Alfio Longo has developed a spectacular menu for Italian Dine Out that feature some of Circo's signature dishes as well as an array of new creations. This is what Tuscan dining is all about!
