Motorino Pizzeria Neapolitan is coming to the Hamptons with a new custom-built-wood-fired pizza trailer. The company is bringing a full onsite pizza station, complete with refrigeration, tent and lights for “on-demand” pizza events. Menu offerings will include ingredients that highlight fare from the East End.
Chef Mathieu Palombino founded Motorino in 2008 in New York City. Now, there are New York outlets in the East Village, the Upper West Side and Williamsburg. Motorino has been included in features in The Bib Gourmand Michelin Guide, awarded “Best Pizzeria in the New York” by The New York Times, “Best Artisan Pie” by Time Out New York and “Best New Pizza Joint in the City” by New York Magazine.
