The Sosta officially opens in New York City’s Nolita neighborhood today and we are loving it. The super-cool fast-casual Italian restaurant held a spectacular launch party this week to celebrate the creation by Co-Founder & Creative Director Samantha Wasser (by CHLOE.), along with Co-Founder and Executive Chef Ali LaRaia.
The food is splendid, atmosphere fun and prices phenomenal. Borrowing its name from the Italian word meaning “break,” The Sosta plays on the idea of a well-deserved break, and breaking bread over a great meal. With inspiration from Ali’s travels, the restaurant is luxury and edgy fun all in one.
