I am so happy and honored to announce that on Saturday, March 23, 2013, I will be teaching a Cooking Class at La Scuola di Eataly in NYC... yes, in the Lidia Bastianich Temple! During the class, Nonna Romana and I will demonstrate a traditional Pugliese menu "Primavera in Puglia" using the freshest ingredients in season and with total respect of our old Pugliesi traditions. All the Guests attending the class will be served all the dishes that Nonna Romana and I will demonstrate. The dishes for the Guests will be masterfully prepared by my Cooking Buddy Chef Pasquale Martinelli from WarmPalate.com. Of course all the food will also be accompanied by outstanding wines from Puglia.
This is an event that I'm most proud of and would love to see many of you there. So, with Christmas coming up, why not gift this unique experience to yourself or to a dear friend.
Space is very limited... so Register NOW!
