Goodbye, La Centrale. Hello, Luna Park. The three-story Italian food hall that anchored one end of the indoor-outdoor Brickell City Centre mall has changed owners. And the new owners have a plan to distinguish its new-and-improved Luna Park from the other Italian food hall at the other end of the mall, Casa Tua Cucina.
Namely: a chef with a two-star Michelin restaurant. Chef Nino di Costanzo, who was awarded two stars for his Daní Maison in Iscia, Italy, will headline a third-floor restaurant to replace the wine bar and cooking school atop Luna Park.
