Donatello's creates 'Carry-out for a Cause' to help Carmel's arts and social welfare groups

Much like many other eateries during the global coronavirus crisis, "Donatello's Italian Kitchen" has seen a significant decline in revenue since the coronavirus pandemic began. But that hasn't stopped the Carmel business from helping its community, one program at a time. "We're expanding our circle of help," Adam Aasen, co-owner of Donatello's Italian Kitchen, said.

Donatello's has provided hundreds of meals for hospital workers during the coronavirus pandemic through programs like "Feed the Frontline" and "Read to Feed." Some meals were made possible in part because of the help of customers; others came out of the business' pockets.
