A Doris Italian Market and Bakery is scheduled to open next month in North Palm Beach. Construction is underway for the 22,000-square-foot store slated to open at 11239 U.S. Highway 1, within the Shoppes at City Centre. About 100 employees are expected to work at the store once it opens.
The shop is set to be the largest for the chain which already has five other locations throughout Broward and Palm Beach counties. The North Palm Beach store will feature two bocce ball courts, an outdoor café, plus fruits and vegetables, meats, a seafood department and bakery.
