Boca Raton welcomes chef Fabio Trabocchi and team to our community with the opening of Fiolina, which debuted last Thursday. As the first restaurant to open on Restaurant Row in midtown Boca, Fiolina breathes new life into the area with its handmade pasta and relaxed Italian ambiance.
Trabocchi’s Washington D.C. concept, Fiola, is a Michelin-starred restaurant. Now, he’s bringing that level of detail, service, and food quality to Boca with his first Italian pasta house outside the nation’s capital.
