New modern Italian steakhouse Il Premio has opened at Forth Atlanta, marking the compilation of the public dining concepts at the new luxury development from Method Co, which comprises hotel rooms, restaurants and a members club.
The look of the restaurant, executed by Stokes Architecture + Design, takes inspiration from the Renaissance architecture of Siena, Italy and features custom arched windows between the bar and dining room, along with a striking hand painted mural depicting the ‘Palio’ – the famous horse race held every year in Siena’s central Piazza del Campo.
