If you live in Jacksonville, you don’t have to go far for an authentic Italian experience. Gusto – A Taste of Rome in Jacksonville Beach serves Old World Roman dishes prepared by skilled Italian chefs for a delicious and truly authentic experience. Co-owners Walter Bianchi and Executive Chef Tonino DiBella know the flavors of Italy because they’ve lived it.
“We both grew up in in Rome, speak fluent Italian and demand the best in Italian dining,” Bianchi said. The restaurant serves classic Roman pastas, pizzas, salads, antipasti and bruschetta as well as dishes not traditionally served in Italian restaurants in the U.S., including Pappardelle alla Bolognese and alla Puttanesca, and Saltimbocca alla Romana.
