Chef Andrea Bozzolo has high expectations for himself and his food. He believes his customers would, too.
"What I want to do here is keep classical Italian at the best," Bozzolo said inside his new restaurant Amore by Andrea.
The accomplished chef owner from Piedmont, Italy, opened Amore Thursday in the former Mattison's Steakhouse Plaza restaurant at 555 Bay Isles Parkway, Longboat Key.
