Influences: Stuart Ramsey, 23, works as a line chef at La Finestra, the downtown Jackson restaurant where his father Tom Ramsey is chef and owner.

"I've learned a lot from him," Stuart Ramsey said of his father, who most recently appeared as a contestant on "The Taste" on ABC. "I've gotten to go to food festivals and been part of two James Beard dinners because of him."
