In 2022, Louisville will get its first LaRosa’s Pizzeria –– and it’ll be located next to a new First Watch location. The Cincinnati-area development group One Holland has announced that it will turn the O’Charley’s at 10641 Fischer Park Drive into a LaRosa’s and First Watch.
LaRosa’s is a Cincinnati chain that serves popular Italian dishes like pizza, pasta, and calzones. First Watch is a “daytime dining” cafe that serves breakfast and lunch dishes like omelets, pancakes, sandwiches, and quinoa bowls. First Watch is projected to open first in the late summer of 2022, followed by LaRosa’s in the fall.
