Legami, a new contemporary Italian restaurant, will open its doors for the first time on Wednesday, Oct. 9. The King Street spot is led by brothers Eldredge and Tyler Ropolo, who are also behind Mr. R. Fusion + Pasta Beach restaurants in Boston, Providence, and Newport.
Executive Chef Andrea Congiusta, who has experience in several Michelin-starred restaurants throughout Italy, crafted the restaurant’s menu. Highlights include pan-fried scallops served with a roasted corn sauce, sundried tomato oil, and truffle butter + King Crab Tagliolini with mussels, garlic, olive oil, and chili flakes.
