Toscana Divino, a mainstay in Miami’s dining scene for over a decade, is back — this time, as a limited-time pop-up in Key Biscayne. Hosted by Toscana Divino Hospitality Group, the Toscana Divino Experience takes over the Towers of Key Biscayne every Friday and Saturday evening.
Executive chef Andrea Marchesin will lead the kitchen, creating regional Italian dishes through a seasonal menu. Expect items like vitello tonnato (veal with tuna sauce), polpo alla puttanesca (octopus with puttanesca sauce), pici senesi al ragù d’anatra (hand-rolled pasta from Siena with duck ragu), and branzino al sale (salt-crusted sea bass). The meal will also feature wines by sommelier Antonio Sutera, with pairings designed to complement each dish.
