Something sweet is coming to Atlanta. Rosetta Bakery is planned for Two Buckhead Plaza, according to a building permit application with the City of Atlanta. The company aims to be “an official ambassador of the Italian art of baking.” The menu includes focaccia, sandwiches, sweet pastries and coffee.
Customers are able to get a glimpse into the production process via a glass-walled kitchen. Large tables encourage a communal atmosphere, with the design of the interior cultivating a cozy and country-chic vibe. Rosetta Bakery first opened in Miami in 2015, eventually expanding to a total of seven locations in Florida (with an eighth one on the way), one in New Jersey, and one in New York.
