Nonna Rosa, an Italian Food Restaurant, has made it easy to enjoy an authentic Italian dining experience in the heart of Okatie, South Carolina. The Okatie restaurant is proud of its delectable Italian cuisine to satisfy even the pickiest diners. Their food was crafted using recipes handed down from generation to generation, yet it still melts hearts at first bite.
Nonna Rosa Italian Restaurant originated many years ago in a little village named Pozzuoli on Italy’s southern coast before Chef Peppe Gialone, the restaurant’s executive chef and owner, brought it to SC. Chef Peppe says the restaurant is named after his grandmother, who motivated him to enjoy food and cook for others. The chef says the restaurant allows them to share the thrill of experiencing authentic Italian cuisine in a family setting without leaving SC.
