The New York restaurant takeover in Miami continues — this time with La Pecora Bianca. Known for its bold flavors and fresh ingredients, La Pecora Bianca has become a crowd favorite for those craving elevated Italian dining in a stylish, laid-back atmosphere. This past week, the popular spot has put up its signage at the Shops at Merrick Park in Coral Gables, located at 360 San Lorenzo Ave., Ste. 1430. The sign reads, "coming soon," which means Miami can expect a 2025 opening in the next few months.
La Pecora Bianca, which translates to "The White Sheep" in Italian, has made its mark in New York by taking Italian food back to its roots as a local and seasonal cuisine. The restaurant’s menu centers around house-made pastas and modern takes on classic Italian fare. All pastas, including signature dishes like rigatoni vodka, gramigna, and tagliatelle bolognese, are made fresh daily in-house.
