Pascolo Ristorante won’t be open at the former Sweetwaters location by late November, but the business will offer a modified version of its predecessor’s Thanksgiving Day food giveaway.
The Italian restaurant that currently occupies a basement space at 83 Church St. will likely open at the old Sweetwaters spot at 120 Church St. near the start of winter, according to Jed Davis, owner of The Farmhouse Group that oversees Pascolo and several other Burlington-area restaurants. That would put Pascolo’s opening date around mid-December at the earliest.
