Polito’s New York Deli on Bayshore Boulevard in Port St. Lucie serves authentic upstate-style thick stacked deli sandwiches, knish and desserts. You might recognize Polito’s if you’ve ever stopped at Summer Crush Vineyard & Winery in Fort Pierce from 1 to 5 p.m. on a Sunday afternoon because the deli provides the food.
Polito's has a handful of tables for dining and the walls sport New York Mets and New York Yankees memorabilia. On top of its regular menu, it offers delicious daily specials such as homemade gnocchi with sausage and broccoli rabe, chicken cutlet marsala, Italian Philly cheesesteak panini (stuffed with roast beef, tomato sauce, roasted red peppers, onions, Romano cheese and provolone on a pressed garlic bread hero) and twists on traditional mac and cheese.
