Restaurateur Ron Rosa has brought Greenwich, Connecticut’s popular Italian restaurant Polpo to South Florida. Polpo Palm Beach will soon open as part of the F&B lineup at the Eau Palm Beach Resort & Spa.
Locally based studio Bilkey Llinas Design crafted the indoor-outdoor eatery, which occupies the space formerly inhabited by Temple Orange restaurant, to maximize ocean views and reinforce the sense of luxury that permeates the resort.
