Winston-Salem’s newest “eatery” is enjoying early success and accolades after just a month of be ing open. Quanto Basta: Italian Eatery & Wine Bar is the culmination of a lifelong dream for Chef Tim Grandinetti, along with his wife, Heidi, and his business partners, Lynn and Lynette Murphy.
This partnership is also behind the successful Spring House Restaurant Kitchen & Bar located just around the corner on Spring Street. In fact, patrons sitting along the street view of Quanto Basta, “qb” for short, can catch a glimpse of the Spring House mansion keeping careful watch from where they dine.
