A notable New York eatery is about to open in Palm Beach. Sant Ambroeus Palm Beach, an Italian restaurant reflecting the culture and cuisine of Milan, is set to open for dinner on Saturday, Dec. 17, at 6 p.m. The eatery is located within the iconic Royal Poinciana Plaza, which recently underwent a renovation to transform it into a top retail destination.

This will be the group's first restaurant outside of the New York area, but the owners expect it to be an ideal fit. "We find that many of our Sant Ambroeus clients spend a great deal of time in Palm Beach, and we are thrilled to bring our vision of Italian excellence to the community," Gherardo Guarducci, partner at SA Hospitality Group, said in a statement.
