Miami has a new Michelin-caliber restaurant with the debut of Fiola (1500 San Ignacio Avenue) which is the second location for the one Michelin-starred restaurant from Washington, D.C. by restaurateurs, Fabio and Maria Trabocchi and their first restaurant outside of D.C.
“Our family has vacationed in South Florida for years, and we’ve been fortunate to watch it grow into one of the world’s most exciting culinary and cultural destinations,” said Fabio Trabocchi. “Maria and I are delighted to open Fiola in a place with which we feel a strong connection and look forward to becoming part of the vibrant community.”
