Werfelman been a chef for over 30 years, in the Marines and later at The Precinct and Behle St. Café in Cincinnati and other places, before moving to Madisonville, Kentucky and semi-retiring. A friend hooked him up with the new owner of the Ramada Inn in Henderson and asked if he’d do a restaurant there.
