Giaola Italian Kitchen is expecting to open its second location in Frisco; the original restaurant is located in Carlsbad, California. Giaola Italian Kitchen is a collaboration between owner Sandra DiCicco and Executive Chef Amy DiBase that is expected to open in October.
Giaola Italian Kitchen will mimic the original menu of classic Italian dishes and laid-back atmosphere of the Carlsbad location, according to a spokesperson for the restaurant. The women-owned and -ran business is known for its upscale gourmet cuisine and dishes. According to the website, the house specialities include Caprese Summer Roll, Scarface Pizza and Jidori Chicken Parmesan.
